Cecil Lammey loves football. As a young boy he would pretend that he was Eric Dickerson or Walter Payton running around everywhere on the family farm with a football in his hand. Today, Cecil is the NFL Insider for AM 950 The Fan in Denver which keeps him in constant contact with some of the biggest names in the game both past and present. In addition to his duties here, he is also the Director of Media Relations for Footballguys.com and host of "The Audible" which is one of the most popular football shows on Itunes, and he co-hosts "The 5 Minute Drill" along with Sigmund Bloom for ON networks.

A Littleton, Colorado resident Cecil likes to spend time with his beautiful wife and three wonderful kids. He enjoys riding his mountain bike, lifting weights, working on his hot rod truck, going to the park with his family, and getting back to the ranch when he can.
