Cover 2 - QB Brian Brohm
by Sean Baca & Andrew Garda

High Side
Garda

Brohm has good size and strength, with better than average arm strength. Great football IQ and excellent at reading opposing D, and then making smart decisions. Great touch and timing, with the ability to hit his receivers in stride. Moves well in and out of the pocket and is good avoiding the rush. Not afraid to tuck the ball and go. Loves the game and is a hard worker both on and off the field.

Low Side
Baca

Brian can light up a stat sheet but, perhaps through no fault of his own, victories are the measuring stick and with a talent laden team, the Cardinals were unable to live up to the hype. Brian is a great quarterback but a large amount of his success comes from the spread formations and unless he is drafted into a similar offense he may have a sharp learning curve. He is an accurate passer but his confidence in his ability will cause him to make some ill-advised throws. The truth is I like Brian and I think he will be a good pro but like I said, the system was created around him in college so he may not be ready to take the reigns early in his career.
