Texas team RB Xavier Omon led all runners with 91 yards rushing to earn MVP honors. Texas Tech WR Danny Amendola caught 3 passes for 71 yards and 1 touchdown to earn offensive MVP honors. Texas SS Erick Jackson earned defensive MVP honors with 3 tackles, 50-yard fumble return for touchdown, and one pass breakup.
